The Judge

Black headed vulture chick around 14 weeks old loosing it's down. With the white fluffy down around it's head it is somewhat reminiscent of a UK judge often refered to by the Court users as "The Beak" wearing his wig, what with that rather disdainful all knowing look as well, I rest my case.
